Appointments with the Doctor: 1 person may enter the building

  • Please call when you arrive for your appointment
  • Receptionists will note your parking spot number and alert the technician that you have arrived
  • A technician will come to your car and escort you into the building
  • You will need to wear a mask and sanitize your hands upon entering the building.
  • Masks must be worn correctly at all times.
  • After your appointment is over, please remain in the exam room to be checked out.
  • After check out you may leave the building.

Appointments with Technician: you must remain in your car

  • Please call when you arrive for your appointment
  • Receptionist will note your parking spot number and the best number to reach you during your appointment. Receptionist will also alert the technician that you have arrived.
  • A technician will come to your car to collect your pet for their appointment
  • You must remain in your car or outside during the appointment.
  • Do not leave the parking lot or there will be a Drop Off Fee added to your invoice.
  • The checkout process will occur over the phone.
  • The technician will bring your pet back to you after the appointment is finished.

Drop offs for Surgery or Grooming: you must remain in your car

  • Please call when you arrive for your appointment 
  • Receptionist will note your parking spot number and the best number to reach you that day. The receptionist will also alert the technician that you have arrive.
  • Remain in your car. A technician will come to your car to collect your pet and go over necessary paperwork with you.
  •  You may leave once the paperwork is completed.
  • The doctor, technician, or groomer will call when your pet is ready for pick up.

Medication, Food, Groomer, Boarder pick up: you must remain in your car

  • Please call when you arrive
  • Receptionist will note your name, what/who you are picking up, your parking spot number, and the best number to reach you.
  • Check out process will occur over the phone.
  • Receptionist or technician will bring your pet or items to your car with your receipt.
